Delivery & Pickup Information

At Castle Genie, we make sure everything is set up for your event without hassle. Your guaranteed rental period is from 11 AM to 4 PM. Here’s how we handle delivery and pickup:

Delivery & Setup: Your equipment will be delivered up to 3 hours before your event start time (delivery will occur between 8 AM and 11 AM).
Pickup: After your event, we will pick up the equipment up to 3 hours after your event ends (pickup will happen between 4 PM and 7 PM).

If you need earlier delivery or later pickup, feel free to request it during the booking process. We will do our best to accommodate your needs based on availability.
